This week is a sad one for me beacause this is the last post for this challenge.I am happy to report I am down 3.8 pounds from last week, the bloating is over and I guess with me walking 4 miles This week helped. I would like to say I now weigh 156.0...my water intake consisted of 10 glasses of water a day. My calorie intake consisted of 1400 calories after working out.I'm hoping everyone had a amazing week and I hope we all keep in touch.
